Preparation of Annual Meeting Minutes and Resolutions for Ohio LLCs and Corporations

In order to properly document an Annual Meeting, business owners will complete an Annual Minutes informational checklist and questionnaire provided by Worley Law. Once the forms are completed and sent back, either Caroline Worley or Julie Phillips will prepare a customized Annual Meeting Minutes document for the business based on the answers/information provided. As part of this offer, Worley Law will also perform an examination of the current legal status of the Ohio LLC/Corporation to make sure all information with the Ohio Secretary of State is accurate, that the company is in good standing, and that the Statutory Agent and address for the Company are correct.
