What occurs during an initial business audit?  First, we like to get to know more about you and your business.  What services or products do you provide?  Who are your customers? What liabilities might your work encounter?  Then, we assess any agreements and/or protections you may already have in place and address if any additional protections or revisions are necessary.  By getting to know more about each others' business, we can better determine if we are a good fit as an attorney and client.
