Caroline Z. Worley's passion for small business started when she was an adolescent, working in the backroom of her father's hardware store, eventually working her way up through the ranks. Caroline realized her dream of owning a small business when she started Worley Law, LLC in 2009. She is now committed to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners fulfill their own dreams of business ownership.
Before starting Worley Law, Caroline worked with other law firms, both large and small, and as a county prosecutor in Franklin County.
Caroline is also a partner in Your Management Team, a collective of small business owners and professionals who serve as mentors to entrepreneurs, providing guidance in the form of leadership teams.

Julie K. Phillips helps small business and entrepreneurs get what they want. Mrs. Phillips’ passion for small business started when she was 5 years old, cleaning off tables and washing dishes in the back of her parents’ Italian restaurant, eventually working her way up through the ranks to management. Recognizing the many difficulties small business owners faced, especially with the many nuances of the law, Mrs. Phillips became an attorney to assist small businesses to become successful. Mrs. Phillips realized her own dream of owning a small business when she joined Worley Law, LLC in 2010. She is committed to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners fulfill their own dreams of business ownership. As one of the lead attorneys at Worley Law, Mrs. Phillips can counsel you through your small business transactions and issues with the confidence and expertise clients seek. With extensive real-world experience of issues small businesses face, she knows how to bring many time- and money-saving solutions to your business problems.
Before joining Worley Law, Julie gained significant experience with other law firms and within the United States Air Force. When not practicing law, Mrs. Phillips is an avid pianist, rides motorcycles, and supports her country as a member of the Ohio Air National Guard.
